Our society is focusing more on clean fuel and GREEN products and building practices than it ever has in the past. The landfills are filling with garbage that could be recycled and reused. Paper products can be ground, mulched and pulverized or whatever they do with it to make recycled content paper products. Aluminum cans, glass bottles and so many other items can be sent to a recycling plant rather than the landfill. Saving our natural resources and our hard earned dollar should be a priority for everyone, but there are still those who do not care. Education is needed to teach them to care. So let’s get to educating.
I have recently started recycling a product that most people don't think much about, because they see it everyday all around them. It is the most common building material in use today. It is found in roadways, buildings, retaining walls and sidewalks just to name a few uses. Concrete has been used for many hundreds of years because of it's strength and durability. But what to do with it once it's been torn out. It could be reused by crushing to make fill for roadbeds, and the rebar could be recycled. But what else can it be used for? Signage of course. Recycled concrete is the perfect material for the GREEN conscious individual for their business or yard signs.
Engraved Expressions LLC has determined that there is a need for GREEN recycled concrete signage. So we are now proud to introduce to the public and the world our specialized use of broken discarded concrete.
Each piece of concrete is hand selected for the sign it is to become. It then goes through the process of design and creation. Depending on the needs of each customer, graphics, lettering and coloration are then added to the sign and then it is sealed to protect it from the elements. Each sign is expressly custom to your needs, from shape to size and finish. If you have a specific graphic you want on it, just provide it to us and it will be done to your desires. Or you can let us know your wishes and we will design it for you. We have professional graphic design capabilities to make it all come to life and be a truly one of a kind unique piece of art. If you need a stand to accommodate the placement of the sign on a flat solid surface, we can have one made to fit your sign.
